Enjoy a quiet break in Ambiance's salt cabin, with soft lighting, natural décor, and mellow music. Settle in, rest, or meditate during your session. Halotherapy is offered as a wellness experience, not as a medical treatment. Individual experiences vary.
Our salt cabin also features chromotherapy (colored lighting) as part of the session experience.

What to Expect During Your Visit
Our salt cabin uses a halogenerator to disperse finely ground salt into the enclosure. The cabin offers a space to pause and enjoy some quiet time during your visit.
Planning Your Session
Choose from our 10-, 20-, or 40-minute individual sessions, or enjoy a 40-minute couples session. A 40-minute halotherapy session is also a service choice with the $99 Monthly Wellness Pass.
Maximum Occupancy in Salt Rooms
Our cabins can accommodate 2 adults or 3 children per salt therapy session.
What to Wear
The cabin is between 68 and 70 degrees, so wear something comfortable. Please bring clean socks. Regular footwear and bare feet are not permitted in the cabin. Single-use booties are available to wear over footwear or bare feet if you forget your socks.
Children's Visits
An adult must attend with children age 14 and younger. Anyone under age 18 must have parental permission. Please contact us before booking a child's visit to discuss session arrangements.
